These terms explain the basic rules for using NextRoute Connect as a public coordination platform, including transactional SMS usage.
SMS Terms
SMS Terms: By providing your phone number through NextRoute Connect, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages related to your travel requests and bookings. Messages may include request confirmations, quote updates, payment reminders, booking updates, provider confirmation details, and support follow-up. Message frequency varies based on your request and booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@nextrouteconnect.com.
Service scope
NextRoute Connect coordinates travel options and support. It does not guarantee availability, rates, provider acceptance, or booking success. Third-party providers and partner networks control their own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass authentication, scrape protected data, or interfere with request, quote, reservation, or payment flows.
Third-party services
Travel providers may have separate cancellation rules, deposits, identity requirements, age restrictions, or payment policies. Those rules apply in addition to any NextRoute Connect guidance.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version of the terms.
