We use the information needed to process a route request, display request status, and support booking and payment workflows. Public pages are kept separate from protected admin tools.
How information is handled
Request data may be sent to server-side workflows, notifications, or third-party providers as needed to coordinate travel. We do not expose cookies, tokens, or secrets on public pages.
Protected access
Admin, partner, and company routes remain protected. Public users only see the routes intended for public access or token-based request tracking.
Retention and sharing
We keep data only as long as needed for the service and may share it with providers or partner networks when required to fulfill a request or payment workflow.
