SMS and mobile messaging

SMS and mobile phone number privacy: NextRoute Connect may collect mobile phone numbers from users who submit travel requests, create driver profiles, or manage company/dispatcher bookings. Mobile phone numbers are used only to send transactional updates related to active travel requests and bookings, including request confirmations, quote updates, payment reminders, booking updates, provider confirmation details, and support follow-up.

NextRoute Connect does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies based on request and booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Users can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, users may reply HELP or contact support@nextrouteconnect.com.

Information we use

We use the information needed to process a route request, display request status, and support booking and payment workflows. Public pages are kept separate from protected admin tools.

How information is handled

Request data may be sent to server-side workflows, notifications, or third-party providers as needed to coordinate travel. We do not expose cookies, tokens, or secrets on public pages.

Protected access

Admin, partner, and company routes remain protected. Public users only see the routes intended for public access or token-based request tracking.

Retention and sharing

We keep data only as long as needed for the service and may share it with providers or partner networks when required to fulfill a request or payment workflow.

This sharing is limited to information needed to fulfill travel coordination, payment, support, and booking workflows. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent information are not shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
