Refund policy
The service-fee refund rules are intentionally simple for the MVP.
When refunds may apply
Refunds for the NextRoute service fee may be considered if a request is canceled before booking work has started or if the service cannot be completed due to a platform-side issue.
Third-party charges
Travel provider charges, deposits, or cancellation penalties are controlled by the provider and may not be refundable through NextRoute Connect.

If you think a refund should be reviewed, contact support with the request number and a short explanation of what happened.
